The founder and promoter of this company Veejay Capital Advisory (VCap) is associated with Banks, NBFCs, Investment Bankers and High Networth Private Investors in major cities in India and abroad to provide the best and the most suitable financial solutions to those who need capital for starting a new venture, expansion, acquisition or working capital. From the beginning of its operations in April 2010, we have grown to be one of the best professional finance consultants in the field of debt syndication, private equity, NPA resolution and venture capital. we have developed contacts over the years with a decent number of lenders and investors in India and abroad. We offer our expertise and experience to clients with feasible projects in hand, honest intentions to grow and with some experience on their chosen field.

THE PROPRIETOR

Valan Arasu is the proprietor of this company. He is a post graduate in business administration. He was associated with Citibank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Reliance Capital for over 16 years before starting VCap in 2010. The exposure gained from banks and NBFCs helps him in analysing financials of the client, finding the most suitable product in the market and offering the best solution to the end user. He has in the past 25 years created a cordial relationship with individual and institutional lenders / investors which helps in providing assurance and commitment to our service delivery.

THE METHODOLOGY:

We first understand the credit requirement of all the lenders and financial institutions and their risk appetite. We then gather relevant information from the client like promoter back ground, financial data, feasibility of the project, deployment of funds, means of finance and the projections for the next few years. We then match the client requirement with the appropriate lender or fund house. Our experience and the long lasting relationship with lenders ensure that the process is smooth and disbursals are fast. We do not charge any upfront fees but the actual expenses of travel and accommodation are to be taken care of by the client. NPA cases and low CIBIL score cases are referred to our regular private lenders empanelled with us.

THE PRODUCTS:

We can arrange property loans, cc and overdrafts, machinery loans, loan against shares, Lease rent discounting, construction loan for builders, product purchase loan for large dealers and distributors, loans to colleges based on fees receivables, take over and top up loans for manufacturers, traders and those in the service industry. We have also developed good contacts with top investment bankers in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and New Delhi for private equity, venture capital, project finance for projects in India and abroad. We can arrange rupee loans as well as foreign currency loans. In this case we can bring the borrower and investment banker together and they will have a mandate to complete the transaction. We have also specialized in arranging short term unsecured loans from private lenders in Mumbai and Chennai at reasonable rates. We have recently resolved a few NPA cases through our direct private lenders by takeover of existing loans and providing additional funds for their working capital.
